Grains
According to the United States Department of Agriculture's Food Pyramid, I should intake atleast 10 ounces of Grains daily.

Grains are important because they:
- Can reduce constipation when part of a healthy diet.
- Can help with weight management.
Some grains that I could include in my diet:
- Popcorn
- Whole Wheat Pasta
- Whole Wheat Cereal
- Whole Wheat Bread
Here's an example of how I could get my 10 ounces of grains in one day:
- 1 large biscuit (2 oz.)
- 1 medium piece of cornbread (2 ½” x 2 ½” x 1 ¼”) (2 oz.)
- 1 english muffin (2 oz.)
- 1 microwave bag of popcorn (4 oz.)
